This Privacy Policy describes how XSportPulse (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website (https://xsportpulse.com), related services, and mobile applications (together, the “Services”).
This page is an initial static policy for product and Google branding setup. We may update it as features and legal requirements evolve.

- Sign-in information — if you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive basic profile identifiers permitted by those providers (for example email and display name).

- Device & push data — device identifiers and push notification tokens when you enable notifications.
- Analytics — aggregated or pseudonymous analytics (for example via Firebase Analytics) to understand feature use and improve the product.
- Advertising identifiers — if ads are shown (for example via AdMob), advertising IDs and related measurement data as allowed by the platform.
3. How we use information
- Provide, operate, and improve the Services.
- Create and manage user accounts and authentication (including Google / Apple Sign-In).

4. Google user data
If you choose Google Sign-In, we access only the Google account information you authorize (typically basic profile and email). We use that data solely to authenticate you and operate your XSportPulse account. We do not sell Google user data. We do not use Google user data for unrelated advertising profiling beyond what is disclosed here and allowed by Google’s policies.
5. Sharing of information
We may share information with:
- Service providers that help us host, analyze, authenticate, message, or serve ads (for example hosting, Firebase, Google sign-in, Apple sign-in, AdMob).
- Legal authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety.
- Business transfers if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.
We do not sell your personal information as a standalone product.
6. Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including account lifetime, legal, security, and backup requirements. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us.
